Terms and Conditions

All items are handmade and are made to order. This does take time. Some times supplies may also need to be ordered. Most items will ship 5-8 days after payment has been cleared. Production time can be as long as 2 to 3 weeks especially durning high volume times of January through March and August through October.

Please ensure that all names titles and any personalization added is correct. 

Refunds will not be given for misspellings unless the error is on my part.
Please double check addresses. Once order has been placed addresses can not be corrected and the order will need to be canceled and replaced with correct shipping information.
website owner is not responsible for lost damaged stolen miss addressed items. Once the items have been handed over to the shipping carrier shop owner can not control how the package is handled. Refunds or discounts will not be given for shipping carriers mishandlings.
